The owner of Fitness Together - Fort Lauderdale, Wendy Tarlow, was formerly director of one of the most prestigious training gyms in the country - Equinox Fitness Club at 76th & Amsterdam in NYC. Wendy has been in the fitness industry for over seventeen years. She has trained and educated the top of the top Elite Personal Trainers in NYC. Her Exercise Class Street Fighting 101 and Boot Camp Box have both been showcased on TV.
