Fortun Event is a full event planning company. We work in all kinds of events from birthday parties to big corporate events. We have specialized consultants in the diverse areas of event planning. Some of our consultants work with etiquette, and wine selection while others specialize in selection of linens for weddings and scouting of locations. We have a great team of talented individuals happy to help you with your event. We hope to work with you soon! • Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Non-satisfied customer can obtained a refund within 30 days of the related event if something that we did wrong caused any inconveniences to the client.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  All of our coordinators are professionally trained.
• How many weddings have you planned?
  We don't have an exact number but we plan about 20 weddings a year.
• How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  From A to Z for the Bride to be. From RSVP to selection of music we will help you plan the wedding of your dreams.
• Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
  We recomend that the bride contacts us at least 6 months before the wedding to start the planning process. We will meet at least 3 times a month to work on details like locations, linens, or music selection. The day of the wedding we will get there 3 hours before the ceremeony starts to make sure everything is ready to go. While the celebration is going on we will supervise your big day!
• Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  We have a huge database of qualified vendors to choose from. We offer specific vendors on request.
• Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  Absolutely not. You hire us to save you money and stress, we only make profits from direct clients.
• Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  Definitively! We have a variety of packages to fit your budget. Since we obtain discounts from the many vendors we work with you'll save tons of money. We will also save you the hussle of going from office to office. Fortun Events is your one-stop location for wedding planning.
• What are your rates?
  We charge 15% of the total cost of the event. We charge on a sliding-fee scale. Even if you don't have a big budget you can afford us.
• What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
  We work with a team of talented individuals and this allows people to pitch in great ideas to make your special day a perfect day.
• What services do you provide? What are your specialties?
  We provide full event planning. We also have a wine consultant on staff to help you with wine etiquette.
• What is your experience? How many events have you planned and what type?
  We mostly do weddings but we have recently planned community festivals and corporate events.
• How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit?
  We have three main services: 1) full event planning 15% of budget, 2)consultation 50/hour, 3)"day of service" 75/hour. We require a 20% deposit and balance due 2 weeks before the event.
• Why should we use you for our event?
  We put the client's needs first. We are very flexible about meeting times we don't restrict how many times you'd like to meet with us or call us.
