  We can train at your home, office, gym or we can be creative. I have a client that I train at an area college because it is close to her work and we use the pool, the track and other available space. Whatever works for you.
• Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
  No. I have exercise equipment that I will bring to your home or wherever we train that is most adequate for a full exercise program.
• Do you provide dietary advice?
  Yes - if you want it and need it. It can make all the difference in the world in a total training program.
• What are your rates?
  Personal Training: Rates - 1 session is $50; Sign up for 4 sessions - $185; Sign up for 8- $360: Program Design - 2 sessions - $110 Train with a Buddy - Intro offer - 3 sessions is $150; Program Design with a Buddy - 2 sessions is $160
