• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  I offer a complimentary initial consultation in addition to a 3x introductory package to give a client the opportunity for us to work together and try out personal training before committing to a series of sessions.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I have been certified as a personal trainer with the American Council of Exercise since 1997. I was trained in yoga through Yogafit in 2000 and have taken levels I and II in their yoga training. I am also trained in both mat and reformer pilates through Stott. I have also completed the Wellcoaches coaching program and am trained in Nordic Walking.
• What is your educational background?
  I have an AAS degree and was certified through ACE in 1997. Since then I have been to several personal training conferences and have taken many continuing education programs to keep me updated and continuously learning.
• What approach do you take with your clients?
  I enjoy keeping my clients healthy and active for life!
• Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
  I train clients at a personal training studio in Shoreview, as well as meet with clients at their homes, offices or condo/apartments.
• Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
  No. I can bring some simple equipment or if you have a basic set of dumbbells I can set you up with a full body strength training program.
• Do you provide dietary advice?
  I provide dietary guidelines and can help clients with their eating habits. However, I am not a trained dietician so I cannot provide a specific diet.
• What are your rates?
  My rates vary depending on location and frequency of personal training session. The range is from $60-$100. I always start clients with an initial complimentary consultation and also have a 3x introductory package that can be used before committing to a series of sessions.
• Do you provide any guarantees on results?
  I can guarantee results only if the client does their homework on off days.
• What makes you different from other fitness trainers?
  I believe in a healthy but realistic approach to exercise. I realize that things may come up in life but I believe in working with my clients to teach them how to overcome obstacles and reach their goals.
