• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes, I continually work with my clients in order to provide them with the best program to fit their unique needs. It is imperative that my clients are satisfied with their results!
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Yes, I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. I am certified through the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer. I am also certified with both the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association with AED, CPR, and First Aid. I am also an Illinois State Certified Teacher in: Physical Education, Health, Nutrition, Wellness, Hospitality and Driver's Education.
• What is your educational background?
  I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, also I have a Teaching Certificate in Physical Education, with endorsements in: Health, Nutrition, Wellness, Hospitality, and Driver's Education.
• What approach do you take with your clients?
  We start with a consultation to gather information. Then, we complete fitness assessments. Next, is the actual training. We will adjust the exercise and nutrition programs as needed over time.
• Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
  Yes, I train clients in their homes and at two facilities located in Park Forest, Illinois.
• Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
  No, you do not need a home gym in order to train at home.
• Do you provide dietary advice?
  Yes, I am qualified to educate clients about nutrition. I am also trained in cooking demonstration/education. I am happy to help clients with meal preparation and meal planning.
• What are your rates?
  I charge $30 for 45 minute sessions, $40 for 60 minute sessions, and $50 for $75 minute sessions.
• Do you provide any guarantees on results?
  The human body is unpredictable. It is very difficult to guarantee results due to genetics, adherence to exercising on their own, and medications/medical conditions.
• What makes you different from other fitness trainers?
  I am passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. I will not judge anyone. I will simply help you get from where you are today to where you want to be. One step at a time.
