PHASE LIFE provides Exclusive Home Fitness Services to clients of all fitness levels. We currently serve the Northern Virginia Area. Our goal is to provide convenient, professional and enjoyable programs to create and maintain a lifestyle of fitness. We offer a variety of services and are always adding new programs.   Yes, we offer a 14 day refund for services non-performed.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I have 5 years experience in the industry. I have trained in a variety of environments including health clubs, wellness centers, client homes, and private clubs. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
• What is your educational background?
  I have a BS in Business from American University. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. I am also CPR Certified.
• What approach do you take with your clients?
  At PHASE LIFE our fitness philosophy is to "Build a lifestyle of fitness." We do a thorough assessment before we begin a fitness program. This way we can target areas that need improvement and get the results you want in less time.
• Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
  Yes, we train clients in the convenience of their own home.
• Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
  No, we will provide equipment for the first couple sessions. We then recommend you purchase our starter kit that includes basic equipment you will need.
• Do you provide dietary advice?
  We provide general dietary advice. We are implementing a diet/weight management program that will be available soon.
• What are your rates?
