Anthony Bruno & Company consists of trainers who are certified by the N.A.S.M., the C.H.E.K. Institute, Muscle Activation Techniques, BioSignature Modulation, and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. Our philosophy; "Treat the body as a whole, using evaluation, exercise, nutrition and supplementation to make strong and healthy cells." We specialize in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction, hormonal balance, nutritional needs, health improvement and sports performance. The owner, Tony Bruno, has been in the field for over eighteen years. He has worked with professional, Olympic and nationally competitive athletes in several sports and thousands of clients looking to lose weight, decrease pain and increase strength. Training sessions can be performed in home or at our facility- Advanced Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Hoffman Estates and St. Charles. We accept all major credit cards.

• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  CHEK Practitioner, Golf Biomechanic, NASM CPT, and I have taken Greg Roskopf's Muscle Activation Techniques Jump Start Courses.
• What is your educational background?
  B.S. degree in Physical Education from Illinois State, with a minor in athletic training. I have spent hours with some of the worlds best educators; Chek, Janda, Purvis, Gadja, Poliquin, Lardner, etc.
• What approach do you take with your clients?
  I assess and test everything first. Your body will tell me what it needs.
• Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
  Hoffman Estates, St. Charles and in home.
• Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
  No. I can use the basic but effective tools like physio balls, medicine balls, bands, etc.
• Do you provide dietary advice?
  Absolutely!
• What are your rates?
  $140/hr for the assessment, and $75/hr for each training hour. Athletes can train in groups at discounted individual hourly rates.
• Do you provide any guarantees on results?
  Flexibility- yes, Strength- yes, Overall wellness- yes, Diet- thats your job!
