  Carbs won't kill you,(killer carbs will). "killer carbs" are simply the carbs that have no nutritous value. Your body NEEDS carbs for energy. Veggies, fruits, unprocessed grains are some of the wiser choices for carb consuming.
• How can I easily keep track of what I eat?
  Keeping a journal has proven over and over again to be extremely effective.
• Can I dine out while using your program?
  Sure! My goal as your trainer is to give you freedom in life. I want you to feel good about yourself when you go out. If you feel guilty and depressed everytime you go out to eat, why do you go? I will teach you the essentials of what steps should be taken to avoid hitting these obstacles.
