My name is Aaron Brown I am a Personal Trainer certified through ISSA. I work with all types of people, young, old fat thin. it doesn't matter. what matters to me is that you are healthy and feel good about yourself. I my self am a body builder. Training for the Mr. Oklahoma competition. i work with companies or individuals as well I can take up to four people at a time as a group fitness or as one on one training as well. I am a certified Nutrition expert through the US NAVY where I was a US NAVY region northwest Training coordinator. I am now working on a my degree a sports pyschology at the University of oklahoma.
