Traveling Trainers is a fitness and personal training business that provides personal trainers and weight loss coaches to clients at their place of work, home or safe designated location to help them reach their fitness goals. We are based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, but provide service to any geographical location.

Traveling Trainers mission is to provide our clients with well trained, cerfified personal trainers to help them get the results they want and deserve. We strive to show our clients that physical fitness and being healthy is important and can easily be incorporated into their daily lives.

• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  ISSA (International Sports Science Association) certified personal trainer. I have trained over 80 clients most of whom I still trained today. Additionally I attened college at the University of Maryland College Park where I played college football as a Defensive/Nose Tackle.
• What is your educational background?
  I attended the University of Maryland College Park where I studied Family Science. I played college football as a Defensive/Nose Tackle. I have a long history of physical fitness and training skills due mostly from my experience as a college football player and professional football player as well. It is imperative for me continue to educate myself through other certification and seminars.
• What approach do you take with your clients?
  Trust. It is important that my clients trust me so I can help them reach the fitness goals they have. Building a rapport with my clients is a major part of my job so I can understand them better in terms of helping them change their perspective on health and fitness.
• Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
  Clients are trained either at the personal training studio called FitnessStop owned by my wife Atlantris who is also a personal trainer, a safe designated location or at their home. I own a personal training business that provides clients with In-Home personal training throughout not only the Fredericksburg, VA area but the DC, Northern Virginia, and MD areas.
• Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
  Not necessarily. Fitness equipment at home is useful for clients to have, but my personal trainers will provide some equipment that is enough to provide my clients with a productive training session. Fitness equipment is beneficial mostly for the clients personal use at their home.
• Do you provide dietary advice?
  Traveling Trainers do provide nutritional advice. We are not certified dieticians, so we do provide our clients with a Nutritional Advice Plan.
• What are your rates?
  Rates vary according to the type of training and the length of training. Rates are discussed during the initial complimentary fitness assessment.
• Do you provide any guarantees on results?
  Traveling Trainers guarantees regarding fitness goals are based on the efforts our clients provide during the fitness/weight loss program.
