• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We do provide a cancellation clause in our contract. We work very efficiently to ensure the couple is satisfied with our services and to date, neither Vowed to You nor the client has needed to discontinue service.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Yes, I have completed a training program through Education Direct where I received a diploma designating me as a Professional Bridal Consultant. I am also a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants.
• How many weddings have you planned?
  I have been in business since 2005 and currently average about ten weddings and events a year.
• How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  Some brides have planned the entire wedding on their own and may only require onsite coordination the day of the wedding. While other brides may need advice on wedding traditions, assitance with guest list management, decor, etc. Just ask, we do it all.
• Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
  If you think you want or need it for your wedding, include it in your budget from the start. As the wedding date gets closer and you start to weigh the pros and cons of certain services, its much easier (and satisfying) to take away from your budget than add too it.
• Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  Yes, I will offer vendor referrals; however, the couple is not obligated to work with that vendor.
• Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  No.
• Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  Yes, you can! A bridal consultant should already be included in your vendor budget - not an additional expense.
• What are your rates?
  We charge a flat rate based upon your coordination needs.
• What services do you provide? What are your specialties?
  Birthday parties, graduations, retirements, milestone celebrations, etc..
• How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit?
  We charge a flat rate based on your event needs.
• Why should we use you for our event?
  Vowed To You will save you time and money and allow you to have a good time.
