  Call Experts bills on a per minute basis. We also have corporate plans for larger accounts. Per call or monthly budget plans are also available.
• Will I receive reports on number of calls, time spent, results, etc.?
  Call Experts can produce many types of reports showing absolutely every aspect of your usage.
• Who trains the call center representatives. Us or you?
  You will provide Call Experts with the information that you want our representatives to have, Call Experts will then take that information and will train every representative on the proper protocal for your account.
• Do you require a contract?
  Yes, we have a standard bussiness contract that is required, but offer 30 day trials without a contract.
